Refunds

Unless Ice Barn cancels your session - we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Q&A

Question:

"I would like to sign up for a clinic, but I have to miss a session. May I pay for only the sessions I attend and still get the package pricing?"

Answer:

No. However, if we have an Individual Session purchase option available for that event, you may sign up for individual sessions, but otherwise - no. We do not break open packages, nor offer refunds for missed classes/ice sessions.

Question:

"I want to sign up for the package/sessions, but I have to miss a session... can I have make-up sessions?"

Answer:

NO. If you miss a session, you do not receive any make-up sessions.

Booking into a Session

Question:

"When can I book into a class or clinic on the Self-Service site?"

Answer:

Players may book into a session up to 3 hours before the session starts.

Canceling a booking

Question:

"I booked into a class but might want to cancel. How long do I have to withdraw?

Answer:

Players may cancel a booking up to 72 hours before the session starts.
